SYDNEY (AP)Adam Reynolds kicked a late field goal to give South Sydney a 21-20 win over the North Queensland Cowboys https://www.carolinapanthersfanshop.com/J.J.-Jansen-Jersey , the Rabbitohs’ eighth National Rugby League win in a row.It is South Sydney’s longest winning streak since 1989 and kept the Rabbitohs within two points of leading St. George Illawarra. In the other Sunday match, tries to A.J. Brimson and Anthony Don in the final 20 minutes helped the Gold Coast Titans beat the Wests Tigers 30-12.Anthony Milford’s 72nd-minute try gave the Brisbane Broncos a 26-22 win over the Canberra Raiders and Canterbury beat Newcastle 36-16.Melbourne skipper Cameron Smith booted a last-minute 40-meter field goal to give the Storm a 9-8 win over the Sydney Roosters, moving the defending champions into third place.Cronulla beat the New Zealand Warriors 18-15 and the Manly Sea Eagles defeated Penrith 18-10 https://www.carolinapanthersfanshop.com/Mike-Adams-Jersey , the fourth-place Panthers‘ second loss in a row.St. George Illawarra ensured it stayed in first place with a 20-18 win over Parramatta. Former San Francisico 49ers running back Jarry Hayne scored one of the Eels’ tries in a losing effort. The NFL weekly fantasy rankings have put Carolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey as the top scoring back for the second week of the season. His workload gives him the edge over his rivals.Fantasy Pros weekly rankings:This could be a weekly occurrence for McCaffrey if he continues to see 29 touches a game like he did against the Los Angeles Rams. Compare that to Alvin Kamara’s 20 touches, Saquon Barkley’s 17 and Ezekiel Elliott’s 15. Plus everyone knows offensive coordinator Norv Turner is known for riding his workhorse when he has one. Now factor in the match-up, a Thursday Night home game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Putting McCaffrey at the top of the heap in week two was an easy choice. Here are my current rankings for the remaining Panthers playersQB Cam Newton — Start Newton should be a good play this week along with McCaffrey. He seems to put up his best games against the Bucs https://www.carolinapanthersfanshop.com/Matt-Kalil-Jersey , though Thursday night’s have not always been kind to the Panthers. He’s a top ten option in week two.WRs D.J. Moore and Curtis Samuel — Flex startBoth receivers have flex potential this week and both could put up double-digit points. Moore did get twice as many targets as Samuel did against the Rams. We know Samuel will soon have a break out performance. Why not in week two on TNF? Moore could catch double digit balls while Samuel could finally haul in a deep score or two.TE Greg Olsen — StartOlsen is another good start against the Bucs unless you are sure you have a better option. In spite of seemingly being fourth in the target pecking order Olsen got a surprising nine targets in week one. The problem was Newton sailed five of them over Olsen’s head. If not for that Olsen would have doubled his point output. Olsen is a top ten tight end week in and week out due to the fact he will always get his share of targets.Panthers DST — SitWhile the match-up against the Bucs offense is favorable I’m not so confident the defense will contain the Bucs’ offense. I’m going to need to see more from the Panthers pass rush before calling them fantasy relevant. You can get better plays off the waiver wire such as the New England Patriots (vs the Miami Dolphins), the Dallas Cowboys (at Washington) or the Buffalo Bills (at the New York Giants). If you are having a hard time deciding who to start then might I suggest the Fantasy Pros Start/Sit tool. For week two in my CSR 1 league it says I should bench tight end Jimmy Graham for Oakland Raiders tight end Darren Waller. Looking at the match-ups I see why. Waller isn’t a proven commodity yet but he has been getting rave reviews all preseason and he showed why in week one. He led the Raiders in targets (eight) and catches (seven) in Oakland’s Monday Night Football opening win over the Denver Broncos.Replacing the injured Joe Mixon with LeSean McCoy is an easy choice as well given how poorly the Dolphins offense looked last week.Cheers and keep pounding.Cat Scratch Reader has affiliate partnerships.
